have a balanced blood circulation. Studies Show that It can be used to improve and treat skin

conditions and health such as eczema, acne and psoriasis. Burdock has also been proven to

strengthen and detox the lymphatic system. It is a natural diuretic used to promote urination to

Ingredients:

◦ 1 teaspoon of Burdock Root

◦ 12 ounces of distilled or spring water

◦ Honey, sugar, agave OPTIONAL

Instructions:

1. Add the fresh herbs and water to a pot

2. Bring water to a boil in temperature controlled kettle or a large pot on the stove for 3 minutes.

3. Turn Stove down to a little above low and let the herbs simmer for 20-25 minutes.

4. Once done Strain the herbs and you can add honey, sugar, or agave if desired.

5.) Can be used three time daily

All used herbs can be stored in a mason jar and refrigerated after use and can be used up to

four times before disposing back into the earth.
