REFUND AND CANCELLATION Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 


All herbal compounds are made naturally and are customized specifically for the members needed and are to be given to anyone outside the member. Our policy is that there are no refunds or exchanges once purchased.  If purchased items are damaged while in route to member a new package will be sent upon the return of the damaged package making us aware of the damage to the purchased items. In the email to edenic.experienceLLC@gmail.com please include your name, details of the damages done to the package with a picture, the order number, and the tracking number


DAMAGED PACKAGING


Customers will be compensated for the shipping price of the damaged packages. Once the damaged packages. Once the damaged package is returned, a replacement will be sent out immediately if available. To ensure that all returned items get back to us, please use a reliable mailing service along with sending us the tracking number. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


If a replacement i not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your package.  If your package is no longer available, your refund will be processed within 7 days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. REFUNDS ARE ONLY HONORED FOR REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PACKAGES THAT ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you havent received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Refund processing times vary for different banks and credit card companies. If your refund has not posted within 14 days please contact us at edenic.experienceLLC@gmail.com
